Refund & Return Policy

Furluma, operated by Destination Commerce LLC, accepts returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

All products are returnable. We accept new, opened, and slightly used products. The item should be returned with the parts and accessories that were delivered with it when reasonably possible. No restocking fee applies.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@furluma.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. We will pay the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label or equivalent return instructions.
  4. Send the item only to the return destination provided with the authorization. Do not send a return to our Mesa mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed because the correct destination depends on the order.

Refunds

After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. Standard original shipping was free, so no original shipping charge is deducted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Replacement availability depends on current stock. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@furluma.com. Include your order number and photos showing the issue when applicable. We will provide a return or replacement solution at no return-shipping cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, but the order remains eligible for return after delivery under this policy.
