At Furluma, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item purchased from Furluma.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • The item should include original packaging and all included components whenever possible

We reserve the right to deny returns that show excessive damage, misuse, or abuse not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The return was caused by an error on our part

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If you would like a replacement item, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process if eligible.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
