These Terms of Service govern your use of furluma.com and purchases from Furluma. Furluma is an online storefront operated by Destination Commerce LLC (“Furluma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with store security; introduce malicious code; scrape the site in a manner that disrupts it; or violate another person’s rights.

Products and product information

We sell generic and supplier-branded pet products. Product colors and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings and manufacturing updates. Product details, compatibility, measurements, materials, and care information shown on a product page apply only as stated there. Review the page and selected variant before ordering. Product descriptions are not veterinary advice, and no product is represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.

Availability can change. We may correct typographical errors or inaccurate information and may update or discontinue products. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, and issue an appropriate refund.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, address problems, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 United States with free standard shipping. Current processing and delivery estimates, tracking information, and delay guidance are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Our Refund & Return Policy explains the 30-day return and exchange window, free return shipping, refund timing, and cancellation rules. Cancellations are accepted before fulfillment.

Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, fulfillment, delivery, site functions, analytics, and advertising. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services that we do not control, except as required by law.

Intellectual property

The Furluma website, its original text, layout, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Destination Commerce LLC and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Product names and marks owned by suppliers or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the site or your material breach of these terms.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
