All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday shipping volume.

At this time, Furluma only ships within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions storewide or on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Furluma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Furluma is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
